Eastman Chemical is a global specialty chemicals company that was incorporated in 1920 and spun out from Eastman-Kodak in 1994. It is headquartered in Kingsport, Tennessee, and reports four segments: additives and functional products, or AFP; advanced materials, or AM; chemical intermediates, or CI; and fibers. The company generates most of its sales outside of the US, with a strong presence in Asian and European markets.
