How are client assets held?

Your bitcoin is held under multi-party computation with Fireblocks. Every key is split into shares, so the private key never exists in full, anywhere, including inside Roxom. Client funds are held separately from company funds, and your bitcoin is never lent out, staked, or used to fund anything else. TRM Labs screens every deposit and withdrawal before it is processed, and Sumsub verifies every identity.

Does Roxom only support bitcoin?

No. Bitcoin is the primary unit of account on Roxom, but customers can also use supported stablecoins such as USDC and USDT across applicable products. Stablecoins provide a practical way to access dollar-denominated liquidity, move funds, and use Roxom’s products while keeping bitcoin as the foundation of your wealth.

Can I deposit and withdraw both bitcoin and stablecoins?

Yes. You can deposit and withdraw bitcoin and stablecoins such as USDC and USDT. Withdrawals are screened by TRM Labs before they are processed, and go to addresses you have allow-listed.
