Tokenized Assets made available through the platform are issued by third-party foreign issuers and are not issued by Roxom. Such offerings have not been made in El Salvador and have not followed the public offering authorization procedure before the CNAD under the Digital Assets Issuance Law. Accordingly, they do not have a Certifier report under Salvadoran law. Roxom does not control such issuers and assumes no responsibility for the issuance, settlement, custody, operation, value, liquidation or commercialization of those tokens, nor can it channel claims, complaints, losses or inconveniences relating to them. The CNAD has no jurisdiction over foreign issuers.
