Roxom Pro script seller terms
Version 2026-10-05-draft
1. What you sell
You sell buyers a licence to run your script inside Roxom Pro: personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, for as long as they keep a one-time purchase or an active monthly subscription and Roxom Pro access. Paid scripts are hidden-source: buyers never receive your code, and it runs on Roxom's servers.
2. Your code
You must own the script or hold a licence that allows you to sell it. Don't sell copies or close variants of other people's scripts, including open-source scripts whose licence doesn't allow selling them without their source. Roxom checks paid listings against the open-source library.
Scripts must do what their listing says. No code meant to harm buyers or Roxom, to escape the script sandbox, to collect data, or to behave differently once reviewed.
3. No investment advice, no promised results
Scripts are analysis tools. Don't describe them as investment advice or recommendations, and don't promise results: no guaranteed or "risk-free" returns, return rates, or win rates. Backtests are hypothetical, simulated results on past data and must be presented that way. Roxom doesn't place trades from scripts.
4. Review and removal
A Roxom moderator reviews every paid listing before it goes on sale, and again when you change its code, price or visibility. Roxom may refuse a listing, unpublish a script, or stop you from selling, including after reports from users. Buyers can't run an unpublished script, and Roxom may refund them.
5. Payments, fees and payouts
Buyers pay Roxom; Stripe transfers your share to your Stripe account, and Roxom keeps 20% of each sale. You agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement, provide the information Stripe asks for, and are responsible for taxes on your income. Roxom handles the tax on the sale to the buyer.
6. Refunds and chargebacks
One-time purchases may be refunded within 7 days, and monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without a partial refund. When a sale is refunded or charged back, your share of it is taken back from your Stripe balance.
7. Updates and removal by you
You may update your script; buyers get the new version. A script someone has bought can't be deleted. To stop selling a script, contact Roxom: existing buyers keep what they paid for, and monthly subscriptions are cancelled.
8. Liability
You are responsible for your scripts and listings. Roxom provides the marketplace as is and isn't liable for buyers' trading decisions or losses.
9. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, you'll be asked to accept the new version before you can price a script again.
